To provide Human Resource support to Corporate internal customers, with an emphasis upon employee relations with the company. To assist with the expansion of the Corporate Human Resources department by participating in the development of HR policies, procedures and systems, and other HR initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and screen callers and Grievance Forms with complaints or problems and directs them to the HR in the Head Office.
Monitor outgoing and incoming documents
Interpret Company’s policy on routine administrative matters and explains procedures to others; makes appointments, coordinates meetings, and schedules conference rooms for supervisors and staff
Coordinate with the Visa Section the arrangement of Medical and other Visa Related Services for the staff / laborers
Coordinate with Admin. Department and provide assistance to all PR-Related work to HRD & PR- Office
Coordinate with HR in the Head Office the employee for Leave Management, Flight Management and End of Service Benefits
Compute total time worked by employees, using calculator or computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department
To develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports
Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
To check the attendance physically
Update the ERP
Monitor, verifies and updates the daily attendance in EPR.
Prepares monthly attendance and overtime for payroll processing.
Prepares daily/monthly reports for absences, duty resumption, employees on leave and separated employees.
Prepares transfer form of employees from one site to another, acquires approval and records the same.
Coordinates with passport custodian for all employees who re-joined from work after leave. Maintains records of timekeeping documents.
Maintains records of timekeeping documents.
Reports any outward incident at the site.
To perform any other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, educit5on or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Experience: at least 2-3 years in the same field. Other language is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully
Multi-tasking, scheduling and Data Entry Skills
High-level of interpersonal skills work effectively particularly with local government bodies.
Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards. Good working knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
