Atrractive Salary and Comission Structure

• Previous experience in FX, CFD & Financial Brokerage is a Requirement.

o Set and structure different Sales team targets and remunerations.
o Ensure all Sales management, supervising and monitoring targets are achieved monthly and yearly
o Responsible for Sales coaching and monitoring.
o Business development and expansion of direct and indirect, this it to include the Introduction of Brokers/Partners/Institutional
o The coordination and participation of company business development roadshows and market events.
o Establishing various new B2C and B2B relationships with Retail and Institutional clients as well as business partners.
o Creation of lead-capturing initiatives to generate many more and better-quality leads
o Organize educational seminars
o Assist marketing to help develop strong marketing channels with media to build local and global brand image.
o Recruit, develop and coach Sales subordinates to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
o Manage all aspects day-to-day sales operations locally.
o Report directly to the CEO.
