Executive Secretary – The Body Shop – Kuwait – M.H. Alshaya Co. – Kuwait


The Role:

As an Executive Secretary you will be responsible for all diary management and travel arrangements for your designated manager, prioritising your workload to meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a professional image being presented at all times. You will handle and process sensitive and confidential information with discretion, dealing with calls and queries as appropriate.


Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

[ Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

[ The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workloads

[ At least 3 years’ secretarial experience (preferably at executive level)

[ Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail

[ The ability to work closely with staff at all levels

[ Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and strong keyboard skills).
