-Responsible for the development, review and implementation of SHES programs during ESW, including development of procedures in line with -Project SHES requirements, RLIC and QG requirements.
-Responsible for field based activities including leading of tool-box talks, task instruction oversight, perform audits, carry out investigations, environmental monitoring etc.
-Liaises with multiple interfaces (Onshore Construction, PMT, EPC Contractor, OpCo and RLC) to ensure Project requirements for SHE&S have been implemented and permits are obtained where required.
-Support the evaluation and on-boarding of Contractor(s) / Subcontractor(s) for ESW and support the technical bid reviews for EPC.
-Act in the capacity of the SHES Head for ESW in case required.
-Other: Ensure SHES deliverables completion on target for ESW.

-Ensure that Contractor policies and procedures (SHES deliverables) are developed and comply with reference framework
-Ensure that mobilization of Contractor for ESW is done safely and initial phases of Project is executed in line with Company expectations
-Ensure that Risk Management Program is developed and facilitate Construction Risk Assessment on regular basis, and other Project related Risk Assessments as required
-Support and ensures that SHES deliverables are completed on time and at the right quality
-Ensure that field work is performed safely and fully in line with Company SHES expectations
