Elevator Sales Engineer – Kuwait


Meet the client / Consultant / contractor.


Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone      calls and emails;

Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

Gather market and customer information;

Study inquires / tenders regarding commercial and technical matters – Check if all required documents and drawings and specifications are available

Clarify the client’s requirement and prepare final agreed specifications / inquiries, prepare compliance statements.

Be based on the material cost, calculate the total cost including all local cost (Installation, local materials etc.) And a quotation for the client has to be prepared

Coordinate with other departments (Installation, projects, finance, safety etc.) To prepare all necessary information for submitting with the quotation / tender (Including arranging bonds, special approvals, etc.)

Report and maintaining records as per Company requirements

Report and not break any compliance rules.

Ensure to follow QHSE objectives and targets in the sales  area

Establish procedures and controls to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the QHSE Management System

Use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment’s provided by the Company

Respect and don’t remove collective protections and safe guards

Promptly report all accidents and near misses to the immediate Superior and QHSE team

Report all defects and events which may affect QHSE control

Respond correctly and as per QHSE guidelines during Emergency situations

Actively support and co-operate with other employees in QHSE matters
