Digital Marketing / SEM Specialist – Armada Retail Concept – Kuwait
• Deep understanding of how paid search/SEM interacts with paid social, SEO, and other digital channels.
• Ability to understand technical products quickly to strategize, develop and execute ad campaigns from ideation to iteration
• Daily advertising management, including optimization, bid management, keyword research and benchmarking of Google, Bing and other ad campaigns
• Determining the best-performing campaigns using mobile attribution and analytics.
• Write succinct, technical and emotional search and display ad copy that aligns with user targeting and contains specific targeted keywords
• Perform ongoing trending research, industry updates, keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Creation of marketing, advertising content and landing pages that are optimized for search engines
• Provide optimization recommendations on title tags, meta descriptions, H1s
• Develop and implement link building strategy including setting up google notifications, research, outreach, tracking, reporting
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, fix and optimize toxic and broken Links (403 & 404 errors), index coverage issues, keyword cannibalism, duplicate content, uncompressed images, XML Sitemap formatting, Accelerated Mobile Pages.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI and make sure key performance indicators like CPC, CPL and CTC are achieved
• Ability to analyze landing page performance and behavior of users on website landing pages to identify areas of improvement and articulate conversion rate optimization
• Project manage tasks including cooperating with content writers and designers to optimize ad and site performance
• Work with the web developers to ensure there is technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure success of key aspects – such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics
• Communicate regularly on status, timeline, budget, performance and competitive intelligence analysis
• Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
