The role requires knowledge in the Savory Kitchen section for menu items such as pasta, sandwiches and breakfast items.
- Manage the position technically, follow recipes and cooking procedures described.
- Ensure cleanliness at all times; maintain a clean and tidy section, including the fridge space.
- Maintain a consistent quality of all the dishes.
- Assist the Chef de Partie as requested
- Min 3 years’ kitchen experience in a busy restaurant
- Knowledge in savory menu items
- Locally available in Qatar and has NOC / transferable visa
