A growing TrustLink focuses on cyber forensic solutions and services is on the search for a Cyber Forensic Engineer to join their team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Riyadh.
[ Work closely with the sales team to design and provide solutions to clients.
[ Collect the technical requirements, develop cost effective design and present solutions to clients.
[ Conduct and deliver Demo and Proof of Concept.
[ Response to tender, RFQs and RFPs.
[ Monitor and maintain client’s accounts, in addition to identifying specific client’s needs.
[ Works with multiple Cyber security and Cyber Forensic vendors/suppliers to meet the client’s requirements.
[ Manages pricing, official quotations and inbound and outbound Purchase Orders.
[ Provide Pre- and Post-sales support to domestic and international key accounts and new clients through the on-site and remote implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
[ Support client in conducting forensic examinations.
[ Provide on-site technical training and support for client or work with internal training and support staff to ensure that client is able to fully utilize the products in place.
[ Troubleshoot complex software applications utilizing diagnostic skills related to software and hardware setup, database management, data analysis, and operating system configuration of products.
[ Handles client’s and partner’s inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts.
[ Responsible for the renewal of client’s service, maintenance and support contracts.
[ Manage maintenance, service and subscription Renewals.
[ Build good relationship with the clients.
[ Provide superior clients service through effective communication, responsive follow-through, and advocacy for client issues within internal departments.
[ Take ownership of reported issues and resolve within an acceptable time frame.
[ Analyze new forensic technology and provide appropriate feedback to Engineering and Management.
[ Assess clients related trends and report potential areas of risk or reward.
[ Perform other duties as assigned.
[ At least 2 years of experience in Presales with hand on experience in Cyber forensic.
[ Practical experience in the use of Encase, FTK, BlackBag, Nuix, Cellebrite, MSAB, Magnet Axiom and/or X-Ways or similar products.
[ Must possess technical knowledge of cyber forensics and eDiscovery concepts.
[ Must have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Windows.
[ Knowledge of other operating systems (Unix) is desirable.
[ Experience with one or more scripting and programming languages is preferred, to include Java, C#/.Net, C/C++, .ASP, JSP, Python, Perl.
[ Experience in working in System Integrator environment or Managed Security Service Provider.
[ Should be able to multi-task and understand process to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and skills.
Strong business acumen with high interest in keep up to date with current technologies.
[ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills.
[ Strong team player.
[ Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize in order to meet or exceed project requirements and deadlines.
