We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to become part of our Customer Success team and manage our customers in the Middle East. You will look after a portfolio largely composed of Government customers and have an impact on the way that governments train their employees and citizens. In this role, your main goal is to help make our customers successful, by helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Your performance will depend on your ability to balance account renewal & growth as well as customer satisfaction and success. You can expect to work with members within Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Learner Operations, and Legal.
This role will be based out of the Abu Dhabi office, however, we offer a large amount of flexibility and would be open to applicants working from other parts of UAE with monthly visits to the office (when current legal restrictions are lifted).
• Own strategic relationships with government and enterprise customers in the Middle East that are using to upskill and train their employees and citizens
• Drive adoption by developing learner engagement programs and sharing best practice
• Understand the customer’s needs and work towards agreed success metrics
• Develop programs to increase engagement of customers by working closely with our content strategy, product, and pedagogy teams to ensure learner success
• Own end-to-end renewal process for all customers by developing account plans, build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, holding executive business reviews, and negotiating contracts
• Serve as primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution
• Use industry trends and data-driven insights to consult and support governments to upskill their workforces
• Collect product feedback and influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy
• Meet with customers over video calls and in-person (when allowed)
