· Bs in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
· Experience in CRM systems and practices
· customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone contact handling skills and all MS office applications.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English . Arabic communication skills would be an advantage.
· Responding to all customer queries pre and post order
· Managing all inbound communication channels like call, email, chat and social media
· Creating cases and assigning to appropriate team to ensure customer query is handled
· Managing presales queries by helping customer place orders through the platform
· Ensuring all customer cases are handled till completion
Very good knowledge in MS office.
