Customer Service for Restaurants – MAPCO – Saudi Arabia

• Resolve food item or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; ( via phone, email, mail or social media, online applications such as go review and google) determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, locate it to the responsible department and solve the issue then following up to ensure resolution
• Recommend potential ideas related to the customer satisfaction to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
• . Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Assist on weekly blogger’s visits to all restaurants and communicating with operation managers about it and check on what will be served from dead items or new and make sure everything in one place.
• Daily post pictures of all restaurants in all social media with nice comments and post offers after marketing approvals
• Supervise on any booth events or occasions and check all operations is on track.
• Assist on delivery applications (carriage / hungerstation ) and reply on comments and complains, along with updating the items
• Weekly reports on customers service and give input on how can it be improved.
• Managing all social media accounts for all brands + weekly activities interaction with audience
• Assist in executing all marketing activities/social campaigns along with daily operation flows
• Corporate with restaurant managers on applying new ways of interaction with customers in terms of entertainment or activities after marketing manager’s approval.
