Clinical Application & Image Quality Specialist – PROVEN – Saudi Arabia

Experience: 3-5 years clinical background, preferably medical imaging


Key activities:
• They will be expected to perform a primary role in providing customer application
and software support for problem identification and resolution
• Providing on-site customer support as required
• Setting up and running training courses for Carestream personnel and customers
 Provides compelling pre-sales demonstrations
 The Applications Specialist may often represent the main customer/Carestream interface and
will be required to demonstrate both strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of
customer care
• The Applications Specialist will be required to offer help & support to the problem manager,
Service Delivery Manager & Project Managers when required, including the acquisition &
logging of level-3 R&D support
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to the Field Engineers for problem identification
and resolution
• Provide a consultancy service for integration & modification involving Carestream hardware,
software and customer networks
Skills/ Competencies
Required Skills/Experience:
 Gain knowledge and familiarity with customers and their environments (current operations and workflow, desired operations and workflow, image quality standards, image quality decision makers, training function and resources, etc.)
 Provide product demonstrations and attend and demonstrate at exhibitions as required
 Improve customer satisfaction (as measured by Customer Satisfaction Survey) by providing training, applications consulting and image quality expertise in support of the project plan, so that customer expectations are met or exceeded
 Provide a timely response to customer enquiries and complaints
 Provide technical support and input into the tender process by providing assistance to the Account Managers and Product Specialists, working in a multi-disciplinary team to complete tender responses that meets and exceeds customer expectations
 Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) input
 Meet or exceed performance expectations in terms of applications consulting, training, and image quality deliverables as well as cost management.
 Provide reports to Regional Business Manager, as requested
 Meet regularly with Service Manager, Project manager and Local technical Team to provide customer feedback, assist with project plans, and align schedules. Provide back up as necessary
 Participate in training programs to enhance training and applications consulting skills as well as image quality expertise
 Develop/deliver Health Group Systems training programs for Implementations team, upon request
 Meet with Services Team and other Application Specialists, as required, and perform as a project team member or product “expert”, upon request
