Call Center Executive (Arabic Speaking) – EatEasy – Dubai, United Arab Emirates


We are looking for an upbeat, motivated customer service professional to work in our call center. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking in Arabic and English on the phone and online chat to handle all queries from customers.

Responsibilities:
1) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
2) Ideal candidate will be responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction though answering inquiries and complaints via telephone, emails and chat
3) Data entry and coordinate all related work with their supervisor
4) Coordinating with the restaurant and grocery partners with regards to customer orders.
5) Follow communication script when handling different topics
