Call Center Agent – Taiba Hospital – Kuwait


Taiba Hospital has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team!


This position is well suited for an individual who is looking to work in the call center. The individual in this position will be responsible for answering phone calls in a courteous manner. 

Examples of some of the responsibilities you will be required to do are the following:

  • Direct calls to the concerned parties
  • Respond to incoming phone requests from patients and internal staff 
  • Answer any inquiries and make appointments and evaluate patient needs over the telephone
  • Addressing the patient’s needs, complaints, or other issues  

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
