Business Development Manager (Spare Parts & Lubricants) – Ghassan Aboud Group – United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:
• To find distributors in International market for Lubricants division.
• To be accountable for the volume growth for lubes export business
• To meet and exceed the annual plan for export business
• To work with he Parts team/ Cars team to follow up on their existing customers for lubricants.


Responsibilities:
• To work with Head of Lubricants in finalizing the export business sales and marketing plan
• To explore and search for growth opportunities for lubricants export. To find distributors and deal directly with them
• Work along with Head of Lubricants in achieving 5 years plan for export business
• To coordinate with the support services (Finance, HR, IT, Logistics) as and when necessary to establish the new business.
• Scout for opportunities of Spare Parts business with the appointed distributors of each country
• To coordinate with the marketing manager as and when necessary to establish the new business.
