  • Ensuring Showrooms administration and dealing with Staff issues
  • Generation and in depth discussion, review and taking corrective actions on the Following Reports:
  • Top Selling suppliers
  • Top selling special kit units.
  • Budgeted vs. actual sales
  • Daily Sales Report.
  • Walk in and conversions etc.
  • optimize sales in line with company budgets.
  • Achievement of budgets.
  • Ensures showroom administration is going smooth in absence of showroom manager
  • Minimal stock losses.
  • Focusing on ageing stock – to ensure minimum ageing stock.
  • Showroom Maintenance as per international retail standard.
