Hamdan approves 2018 agenda for Dubai Executive Council to ensure well-being of citizens and expatriates

Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has approved the council’s agenda for 2018.

The council’s 2018 agenda was approved during its meeting chaired by Shaikh Hamdan on Tuesday.

The agenda will focus on developing and improving educational performance with a focus on outputs and development of the education system.

Facilitating the practice of business activities, increasing the quality of health services and ensuring accessibility to these services are among the key points on the 2018 agenda, to ensure people’s access to effective social services and ensure their happiness through improved government policies and programmes.

Shaikh Hamdan underlined that the Dubai government would make every possible effort to ensure the welfare and happiness of Emiratis and expatriates. The agenda will encourage and support investors, and facilitate setting up of businesses and licensing procedures.

“According to our agenda, we aspire to achieving excellence in health care, education and social services, developing infrastructure and security, focusing on achieving the satisfaction of both citizens and expatriates,” Shaikh Hamdan said.
