Administrative Assistant – Oculus Workshop – Kuwait

  1. Answer and direct phone calls.
  2. Organize and schedule appointments.Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

  3. Write and distribute email, correspondence
    memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  4. Assist in the preparation of regularly
    scheduled reports.
  5. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  6. Update and maintain office policies and
    procedures.
  7. Maintain contact lists.Book travel arrangements.
  8. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  9. Provide general support to visitors.
  10. Act as the point of contact for internal and
    external clients.
  11. Able to work independently as well as a
    team-player.
  12. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing.
    mailing and filing.  
  13. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
