Responsibilities:

  • Office Administrator and Customer Service:
    The principal tasks of being an office administrator to include but not limited to:
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every query
    • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call or mail query received
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
    • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary under any circumstances
    • Prioritize daily administrative tasks to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and relevant manner
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
    • Other duties as assigned to be discussed during the interview
