Training Coordinator – Kuwait

• Responsible for all course arrangements including preparing quotations, arranging instructors, training location, training materials, certificates, payments, etc.


• Do all office work as requested by seniors/management including typing memos, issuing training certificates/cards, preparing and sending email, attend meetings, accounting tracking, etc.

• Assess training needs for new and existing clients

• Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks

• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching

• Maintain clients training records

• Handle the Company Social Media (Website, Facebook, Instagram, etc)

• Assess feedback and sending feedback reports.

• Fill all feedback, trainer contact information, and all the necessary forms relate to courses.
