Provide customers with support, consultation, and guidance for all bank products and services via phone and digital media as a receiver.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer queries and questions accurately to assure high customer awareness.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the products & services that suits customers profile and needs increase customer loyalty.
- Cross sell bank product and services to generate sales leads.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot on spot aiming for a quick kill of issues.
- Handle customer requests during the call if possible or delegate to back office for support to assure proper execution of the request.
