The CRM & Digital marketing team is a centralized function within Alshaya supporting the customer and digital strategy definition and execution across all brands to deliver best in class customer engagement and return on investment. To support an efficient execution and performance measurement of marketing activities we are looking for a Senior Manager – Marketing Technology to join the digital team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for devising the marketing technology strategy and building an adequate infrastructure to support the activities of 90+ brands across Alshaya.
The Senior Manager will own the end to end marketing technology stack including core analytics tools and operational tools required to drive business results. The role will furthermore be responsible for the planning, development, execution, tracking and reporting of marketing technology activities. Working closely with key stakeholders the Senior Manager will also lead marketing automation initiatives and set the audience strategies to ensure efficient communication to customers.
With a background in data analytics and with a solid knowledge of digital marketing we envision that the right candidate has hands on experience defining and implementing mar tech strategies as well as strong stakeholder management skills and prior experience working with IT teams. Experience working with large sets of CRM data as well as marketing attribution modelling will be considered a strong plus.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with a strong appetite to improve the status quo by continuously evaluating the market for new technologies and approaches that could be valuable to the business. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing a smaller team of managers and executives.
