Sales Expert – Saudi Arabia


1.      Ensure excellent product knowledge, correct conversion and guided trial techniques while building relationships with consumers to assist them through their conversion journey
2.      Understand the customer care process & the warranty / subscription policies as to best inform
3.      Achieve the set target and KPIs as per area objectives ensuring ideal consumer satisfaction & conversion
4.      Provide timely feedback on overall interactions and come up with new ways of working to further enhance the consumer experience
5.      Efficiently use the business tools including but not limited to the IT tools while ensuring that all inputted fields in the later are done correctly/accurately & Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on the systems when relevant
6.      Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, procedures and applicable laws in KSA. Cooperate with all members of the Area team to ensure proactive internal communications, effective teamwork and participate actively in the development of the all members of the Department
7.      Monitor and report on all relevant market information, including competitor intelligence, to improve the Company’s understanding of trade developments and to provide an awareness leading to the development of appropriate strategies
