Sales Executive – Qatar
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Responding to incoming inquiries.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
Gathering market and customer information.
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, conferences and meetings.
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery terms and specifications of an agreement with buyers and managers to close the deal.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Advising on forthcoming product / service developments and discussing special promotions.
Being a part of the Company tender committee team member.
Perform a site survey for the new projects to determine the appropriate operational and commercial proposals.
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Assist the team in implementing strategies that safeguard our business against contractual and commercial risk.
Assist the Contract and Accounts departments relating to the clients unsettled contract and billing issues.
Assist the operations team for any internal and external issues as required.
Any other tasks may assigned by HOD if necessary.
