Sales Executive – Qatar

 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
 Meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
 Responding to incoming inquiries.
 Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
 Gathering market and customer information.
 Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, conferences and meetings.
 Negotiating on price, costs, delivery terms and specifications of an agreement with buyers and managers to close the deal.
 Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
 Advising on forthcoming product / service developments and discussing special promotions.
 Being a part of the Company tender committee team member.
 Perform a site survey for the new projects to determine the appropriate operational and commercial proposals.
 Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
 Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
 Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
 Assist the team in implementing strategies that safeguard our business against contractual and commercial risk.
 Assist the Contract and Accounts departments relating to the clients unsettled contract and billing issues.
 Assist the operations team for any internal and external issues as required.
 Any other tasks may assigned by HOD if necessary.
