Quality Assurance Manager – Bahrain

1- Establishes raw material standards by studying manufacturing and engineering requirements; conferring and negotiating with suppliers; devising testing methods and procedures.

2- Establishes in-process product inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.

3- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization with the implementation of Quality circles functioning; to lead, guide, train and motivate the team of the quality inspection and guarded system and the quality of the product.

4- Monitoring performance through gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to assist and reduce quality cost and scrap levels. Looking to improve on the quality of products without affecting the cost and the efficiency.

5- Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

6- Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

7- Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

8- Maintains quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

9- Maintains quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

10- Writing technical and management system reports.
