• Oversee management of corporate and retail car rental/leasing business
• Liaise with clients to establish business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and revenue
• Establishing sales targets, training on products, services, sales performance, follow up on sales opportunities and converting them.
• Introduce a recognition and rewards program based on targets and achievements
• Ensuring service levels are adhered by all team members in a timely and professional manner. Work with the team to ensure that our service continuously exceeds customer expectations at all times.
• Train, mentor and develop skills with team members. Set up parameters for the team in line with the business objectives, review them periodically and to deliver outstanding results.
• Demonstrate good business practices. Handle complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and provide solutions
• Communicate on operational areas supporting all promotional activates targeted to improve inbound sales.
• Support and initiate marketing initiatives that are targeted to improve sales opportunities.
• Present critical data relevant to car rental/leasing business, sales
