Define the network coverage (sales & after sales) & primary network evolution policy
Evaluate and upgrade capacity of dealer networks.
Improve CSI of dealer network
Support with new distributor about contract issues.
Identify new partners who will add value to the brand/ organization
Implement new network opportunities from the next 5 years to develop network strategy
Design and implement Network Development Plan according to the annual business plan.
Design annual business policy and assessments.
Monitor dealer showrooms daily operation situation and make a daily report.
Develop guidelines for Dealer network improvement.
Dealers sales and procedure trainings and lead training for staff of the existing and new dealers
Manage the sub dealer network within the region
Complete audits on each dealer site (sales and aftersales) to ensure they meet the brand guideline.
