Duties & Responsibilities
• Off-line media buying, determine optimal planning and negotiate entry prices.
• Set up in house media on-line team and optimize customer acquisition.
• Liaise with Product team to optimize media investment.
• Create and develop our local brand to make it grow as a market leader by developing the right on-off line strategy.
• Develop the attribution and econometrical models to optimize the investment and achieve the best possible customer acquisition cost.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs)
• Help on creating a Team. We are believers on normal people doing extraordinary deliveries, it´s all about the TEAM, the TEAM, the TEAM.
