Brand coordinator’s job entails managing all the commercial aspects of assigned Brand or group of Brands by preparing their Sales & Marketing activities, analytical studies and reports
Build yearly Marketing plan & activity Calendar & track Brand performance
Duties and responsibilities:
Ø Manage the assigned Brand or group of Brands by preparing the commercial, analytical and marketing activities studies and reports
Ø Assists the Marketing and Sales Managers in concerned meetings of related brands / categories
Ø Build, in conjunction with the Marketing Supervisor and Sales Manager, the yearly sales target per brand per SKU per channel per client
Ø Track the brand(s) performance through Sales and marketing reports by channel, by region, by supervisor by salesman by SKU.
Build yearly Marketing plan & activity Calendar showing by month, by Brand(s), by Channel, by Categories: Major trade offers, major consumer promo offers, ATL Marketing activities, BTL, tactical Marketing activities, promotional events and other related activities.
Ø Suggest and Track Marketing campaigns then prepare performance analysis reports of “pre” and “post” campaigns, analyze and make recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
Ø Calculate all estimated Marketing costs and follow up closely throughout the year
Ø Report to Marketing Supervisor and Top Management by presenting your monthly activities and their analysis and recommend future action plans, if necessary
