Human Resources Officer – Dar Al Teeb – Kuwait

Assisting the HR Manager with all the HR functions that cover but not limited to:

1- Handling employees’ files and documents.
– Handling employees’ personal files, with full focus on residencies expiry dates.
– Composing Job offers letters, employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters.
– Handling employees’ grievance, Investigations.
– Preparing and calculating leaves and indemnities

2- Payroll preparation and administration.
– Generating employees’ payroll in accordance with Kuwaiti labor law.
– Controlling and monitoring the attendance software.
– Full attention to Kuwaitization quota or Ratio.

3- Handling Manpower requests
-Assisting all the departments in fulfilling their Manpower needs.
-Screening Cv’s , shortlisting based on the job descriptions submitted by departments managers.
– Help in preparing the job descriptions with the support of departments Managers.
– Control the job postings on different recruiting website.
– Negotiating and communicating with different Local and International recruiting agency for fulfilling the organization manpower needs.

4- Administration role.
– Preparing the necessary forms for the ministry of social affairs.
– Controlling and monitoring expiry dates of all types of company license for all branches.
– Responsible for vehicles license with full focus on expiry dates for renewal.

-Full focus to ensure all Dar Al Teeb Branches have the necessary legal and governmental license in accordance with Kuwaiti laws.

5- Travel Management.
– Handling business travel for managers, employees, and guests.
– Booking travel tickets, hotel booking with the best available prices , with the best convenient trips in accordance with company policy.

6- Training and development.
– Helping and assisting the HR Manager in creating and planning the training and development program for enhancing the staff skills and to improve the quality of services provided to our clients.
