•Assist in Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for applications development staff & assign work activities, projects and programs. (Specifically, Dealership Management System)
•Assist in Plans, implements and manages the IT infrastructure supporting the company’s hosted software products and corporate environments including: hardware, software, telecommunications and telephony systems, file and print services, networks and servers, storage solutions, monitoring, data and voice systems
•Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
•Ensures proper monitoring and alerts are in place for maximum system uptime; proactive resolution to issues
•Review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
•Coordinating with the software application vendors to define and establish service and support requirements.
•Coordinate with CDK to resolve the issues & new requirements
•Coordinate with GBM to resolve the issues & new requirements
•Coordinate with Daimler Coc to resolve the issues & new requirements related to MB.
•Responsibility for the analysis, evaluation, development, testing, implementation & Support of DMS ,Daimler Applications & Business applications
•Assist in developing project time lines and identify project tasks, risks and procedures.
•Prepare various documentation including project reports, process and user manuals, presentations, strategic and technical plans and other related information on assigned application analyses.
•Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
•Oversee the analysis of user needs and make recommendation of software applications
•Maximize and standardize the usage of DMS application
•Identify individual training needs; provide development inputs on the basis of performance reviews
•Maintain and promote staff motivation
•Carry out performance appraisals as per company policies and procedures
•Make requisite attempts to handle all grievances raised by subordinates in a prompt and effective manner and escalate such matters to own superior if required.
