Catering Sales Executive /Manager – Zuhour Group – United Arab Emirates

  • Develop new business opportunities and facilitate return business to achieve revenue goals
  • Maximizing sales and meeting profit and financial expectations
    Ensure that catering sales & pricing strategies and processes are aligned for success.

  • Confer with customers in the pre, during and post planning and execution of their functions and events
  • Develop and maintain relationship with client business units, vendor support services
    Keep abreast of the large event schedule and propose menus and ideas to the coordinators
  • Maintain positive relationships with all client employees, constantly in contact with frequent customers and VIP’s, and ensure timely response to all inquiries for space or service needs;
  • Monitor and respond to all phone, email and voicemail requests responding to customer requests
  • Complete focus on customer service and satisfaction, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude while juggling the requests of high profile and demanding clientele; proactively determine last minute item requests in order to efficiently, yet effectively, respond to all customers’ needs and requests
  • Must effectively plan and communicate to all departments both the expressed and implied needs of the customer; Work closely with both union on-site staff and agency service staff for seamless execution of events
  • • Act as a liaison between Catering & Events team, and all customers
  • Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development;
  • Maximizing sales and meeting profit and financial expectations
