My Client is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the business with:
• Setting the business development strategies, targets & tactics to secure the necessary business growth based on the company strategy.
• Build the company market position based on company growth target.
• Innovate and modify the company offering modules in line with market needs.
• Build good business partner relations with the Customers and get them to understand that they need the company’s services enough to overcome any buying resistance that might derail the sales.
• Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business.
• Ability to restructure the department, processes and teams to deliver objectives and enhance productivity.
• Working to weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
• Attending and hosting networking events.
• Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct Costing and Pricing based on costing
