A. Office Assistance


  • Maintain a proper filing system
  • Typing Arabic and English letters
  • Handle info e-mails
  • Answer phone calls
  • Printing needed forms (Registration forms, pre and post evaluation forms, and any needed documents)
  • Assist in food, materiel and supply delivery to the session
  • Send Thank you emails to all parties participated in the program
  • scan and file documents
  • Handle office consumable and stationary

B. Fundraising back office

  • Proposal typing and filing contracts
  • Follow up on payments and update Date
  • Program Assistance
  • Handle program data entry (pre and post assessment)
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data (contracts, MOU…) and maintain a proper filing system
