The Accountant – Ticketing Support will assist the Revenue Team in carrying out daily operational activities supporting the Ticketing, F&B, Retail and all other revenue streams. The Accountant – Ticketing Support will also provide assistance and support to Finance Department with adhoc requirements and deliverables.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
– Credit limit management and monitoring of each Authorized Ticket Reseller;
– Assist in reviewing and checking of reseller agreements;
– Reconciliation of Ticket Reports and Payment Gateway settlement reports;
– Monitoring Sales Orders prepared by end users;
– Preparation and posting of invoices to the system;
– Liaising with end user departments on the delivery of the Invoices, and invoice dispute settlement;
– Monitoring of bank receipts and collection;
– Recording and posting of receipts in the system.
